Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return & Refund Policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship out the accepted return items.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sljewelryco.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions to complete your return. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on custom and/or altered products (such as special orders, personalized items, resized items, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before your purchase.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
The site is not liable for any products damaged or lost after marked delivered. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim and provide photos as proof. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately to file a claim. The deadline to file a claim is 80 calendar days from the date of shipment.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
